Offering a nice variety of fish species, Kahle Lake is a 250-acre lake located on the border of Venango and Clarion Counties. Two boat ramps, with parking, are available for launch of canoes, kayaks and other non-powered and electric boats. This lake is owned by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and managed by the Fish and Game Commission. I’ve read articles related to rebuilding the dam and spillway structure. So, I ventured out on a beautiful evening to take a few photos.
I learned to kayak on Kahle Lake. If you are a sunset chaser like me, you will love the evening views at this small lake.
